QUESTION:
What’s the best cure for cellulite that actually works?-
ANSWER:
Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out non-surgical Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don’t eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.
The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

QUESTION:
What are some cures for cellulite?
I think that I have cellulite on my thighs. . .is there a product that I can use to get rid of it? Doesn’t Neutrogena have a product that I can try. Also, if anyone has tried it, does it work?-
ANSWER:
Cures for Cellulite…Wondering how to get rid of cellulite on your thighs? The thighs are a problem area for many women and are often a tough spot to fix. The thighs and butt are the most common place for cellulite to gather in women. This article will discuss a few simple tips that can help you get rid of the cellulite you have on your thighs. If you haven’t had any luck with cellulite creams, massagers, and other gimmicks, this may be what you’ve been looking for. In fact, it’s the only proven way to get rid of cellulite for good, rather than just covering it up.
The thighs and butt are the most problematic areas for women who suffer from cellulite. The skin on the butt and back of the thighs is fairly thin, which exaggerates the problem. Women also tend to store most of their body fat in the thighs and buttocks. This combination makes cellulite a very common and very visible problem for millions of women.
‘Cellulite’ is a term made up in salons to describe the bumpy orange peel look that many women have on their thighs. It’s not caused by toxins, circulation problems, excess water storage, or anything else. It’s exactly the same as ordinary fat. This has been medically proven. The reason for the dimpled appearance is the underlying fat bulging through the connective tissue under the skin. Since fat is soft, it doesn’t hold the skin taught like muscle does, causing the cottage cheese look. This gets amplified by a poor diet, hormonal imbalances, and lack of appropriate types of exercise. To help get rid of cellulite on the thighs you can follow these simple tips:
Drink Water – Drinking water can help to reduce cellulite, but not for the reason that you normally hear. Water does not flush “toxins” out of your cellulite, or anything else. Water is good for the skin, and can help improve elasticity and make your skin look tighter and younger. This not only makes you look younger, but can help tighten the skin on the thighs and butt.
Exercise – Many so-called “experts” claim that running, biking, and cardio are good ways to get rid of cellulite. While this is partially true, its certainly not the fastest or most effective way to do it. Targeted resistance training can deliver much faster and more noticeable results. It’s also more effective at burning fat than doing cardio, contrary to popular belief.
Certified personal trainers, can assure you that a highly targeted resistance training program is the most effective way to lose cellulite. When combined with a few simple dietary tricks, They have seen many women achieve dramatic results. Don’t rely on a ‘miracle’ cellulite cream or other scam to get rid of cellulite for you. It’s not happening. The most any topical product can do is temporarily cover up the problem. To actually get rid of cellulite, you need to target the root causes. A few simple lifestyle changes can put your body in a cellulite fighting state, and give you back the smooth, sexy thighs and butt you once had.
Creams and other over the counter products usually don’t work as they are not treating the root cause, but just covering it up. Hope These few tips and information helps reduce and cures your cellulite.

QUESTION:
Does anyone know any cure for cellulite?
So, how can you get rid of cellulite??? I know that drinking a lot of water works… What about cellulite gels? Do they work? I have been using this thing called “goodbye cellulite” for about a week or more, but it doesn’t really work… Has anyone tried it? Does it work? Do you guys know other (natural methods, not surgery!) methods of getting rid of cellulite?-
ANSWER:
Well first off, you need to be using the product for longer than a week or more for you to see results,
If it were that easy to get rid of, nobody in the world would have celluliteAnd also a cheap product like that is not going to add any benefits to your cellulite beside moisturize it.
You need to be looking for products with firming benefits – look for products with L-ascorbic acid – a very stable form of vitamin C.
Also look for proteins and peptides that boost collagen and elastin.Definitely gonna be spending a lot more than 10$ or whatever that crap cream costs. Do some research on the products before you buy it. There are so many people like you that spend 100s of dollars in the drug store just trying things out, when they could buy a 60$ cream that is actually effective.
So do some research while your sitting on your computer.

QUESTION:
Cellulite cures please?!?
I know there’s no actual cure but i was wondering if anyone knew of any thing that kinda work?-
ANSWER:
There are a couple of treatments for cellulite that can be very pricy, including endermologie, where massaging rollers are applied to the cellulite and mesotherapy, where vitamins and other homeopathic ingredients are injected at the site of cellulite.Eating a healthy diet and regularly exercising will help in keeping you from getting more cellulite. Reducing stress can also help, because stress has been known to aggravate cellulite. Some experts say buildups of toxins in the body can cause cellulite, so try to stay away from foods containing a lot of chemicals and other unnatural ingredients.
Eggs, lean meats and whole grain help build collagen and elastin in your skin which can also improve cellulite

ANSWER:
I think that Nivea’s Goodbye Cellulite gel-cream really works!I’ve always been thin, I exercise regularly, and I eat pretty well but I also have always had lumpy back thighs that just won’t tone up. After using that lotion for a few weeks I really have noticed a difference in the appearance of my skin on my legs and butt. It’s a little pricey, but I think it’s totally worth it!
