QUESTION:
How can I get rid of cellulite in my thighs and butt?
I never had this problem until I had my 2nd miscarriage back in 1997. Now, 1 more miscarriage and 2 children later, I have cellulite on my thighs and butt and HATE IT!I’ve always been in good shape, I eat well, but now I have this ugly cellulite and can’t get it to go away.
I walk, ride my bike, work out on my Gazelle, even do some squats and lunges, but nothing! I’ve even resorted to using a coffee grounds and baby oil scrub… this reduces the size (yes, it really works) but they don’t go away. I’m tired of having to wear knee length shorts to hide my thighs and worrying about sitting in a chair because the pressure of my legs on the chair makes the cellulite more noticable.
I’m not a large person, 5’2″ and 128 pounds, so it’s not because I’m “fat” it’s just those damn bumps!

ANSWER:
I’ll tell you what the main problem is with thin women who develop cellulite, they don’t get enough animal protein in their diets which leads to a breakdown of supporting muscle tissue from all the cardio.Cut out the cardio and start a muscle building routine using circuit training. One exercise per body part, one set, to failure. Work in the 10 to 15 rep range. when you complete 15 reps add 5% weight to the exercise.
Eat plenty of steak and chicken and go low on carbs. Cut flower and sugar out of your diet completely.
3 months of that and you’ll see a huge difference. And don’t worry, you wont get too big, you don’t have the hormones necessary to do that.

QUESTION:
What’s the best exercise to reduce cellulite in back of thighs?
I’m turning 33 next month and I have 2 children. Just this spring I noticed the back of my thighs getting dimply. I don’t have too much time for lengthly exercises or to join a gym. I do try to walk daily at a quick pace but what else can I do to to help.-
ANSWER:
There is a lot you can do. Walking can greatly help, but the results might not be seen for months, maybe even a year if you’re only walking a little. My suggestion is to set aside some time every day, maybe 25-30 minutes and do some exercising. This will be your exercise for cellulite time and you will use it do exercises that will increase blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and circulation. Increasing these 3 things is a sure-fire way toward cellulite removal.
The exercises you choose to do are completely up to you. Anything cardiovascular or aerobic in nature will do. This includes walking, running, jogging, swimming, hiking, biking, jumping jacks, jump rope, you name it. You can even try light weight lifting as it too can help “muscle out” — pun intended — cellulite.
Start off slow and then gradually increase the intensity as well as the length of the workout. When you start seeing results, you can tone it down and just do 10 minutes of exercising a day to maintain a cellulite free body.
Also, in addition to exercising, I recommend using a cellulite treatment cream. Using the right cream can go a long way toward cellulite reduction, as it attacks from outside while the exercising attacks from the inside. If you’re worried about spending money, just look for a couple of free trials.
I hope this has help. Good Luck!
