Ive started noticing that im getting some cellulite around my thighs and buttocks, im not fat and i like the shape of my body, so are there anyways that i can reduce the cellulite without becoming a stick? Im really willing to do anything as long as its healthy! Diet, exercise, creams or basically any other techniques that i can do at home other than diet pills are fine with me. Please im desperate to get rid of this nasty cottage cheese before it gets out of hand!!

I’ve been vegan for around 3 months now, and I started a solid exercise routine about 1 month ago. I lost a good amount of weight in the first 2 months, and since I’ve started working out as well, the pounds are really coming off. But I’ve also noticed a huge reduction in cellulite. I’ve been on strict diets and intense work-out plans before, and have never seen this kind of drastic reduction. Is there any evidence that veganism can reduce cellulite? Or do you think I’ve just found the right diet/exercise plan?

Dose anyone know a good diet plan that would help me tone up and not lose any of my body weight?
I am starting to notice small amounts of cellulite on my butt. I exercise 3 days per week, and i massage the area at least 2 times per week. I know that diet dose help with reduction of cellulite, but i really don’t need to diet because i am 5 ‘8’ and 129lb. I don’t want to lose the weight that i have but if there is a way that i can change my bad eating habits and still keep my weight i am open to it. If anyone knows a good website to get rid of cellulite with the right diet, i would greatly appreciate it!
