As animal product intake reduces, cellulite reduces?
I’ve been vegan for around 3 months now, and I started a solid exercise routine about 1 month ago. I lost a good amount of weight in the first 2 months, and since I’ve started working out as well, the pounds are really coming off. But I’ve also noticed a huge reduction in cellulite. I’ve been on strict diets and intense work-out plans before, and have never seen this kind of drastic reduction. Is there any evidence that veganism can reduce cellulite? Or do you think I’ve just found the right diet/exercise plan?

Yup you’ve found your perfect diet/exercise combination. Good for you! this is a rare find for most people. The cellulite is fading because of the healthy lifestyle. Cellulite is a form of fat that has been shown to respond to vigorous exercise and a healthy eating plan. There is no imperical data to show that any particular eating pattern accelerates long term fat loss but if veganism is working for you, great! Most studies to date show that it will reduce to certain point then becomes very stubborn but keep at it. As you reduce your overall body fat percentage I’m sure your weight loss will be symmetrical…Let us know how it’s going! Good luck…

Your opinion (my exercise routine/cellulite reduction)?
I am currently cycling on a stationary bike for 5 miles/30 minutes a day (medium/hard resistance level), every other day I do target training for my legs, and I go walking for 30 minutes 3 times a week. Would this get rid of the appearance of mild cellulite in the back of my thighs by next summer? How long do you think it will take for me to see results?

    also, I am 5’6″ and 120 pounds, and I have a healthy diet. :)

Rahhh!! Cellulite! How to make it go away?
How can I get rid of this stubborn cellulite? It’s right underneath my butt, on both legs, and creeps around to the sides of my thighs. It’s not super noticeable, but it’s enough for me. BMI wise, I’m healthy. I’m in my mid-twenties, 5’4″, 115lbs, and I eat very healthy (besides my love for chocolate). I exercise about 5 times a week, with at least 3 hours of intense cardio. I also walk about 2 miles every day during my daily routine, not counting exercise. I’ve tried spot reduction in addition to the cardio – lunges, squats, leg lifts, thigh toners – everything! Lately I’ve even been jogging between 10 and 15 miles every week, and I’ve seen no improvement. My legs are solid muscle until my upper thighs. Am I just sh*t out of luck? Should I just turn to tanning lotion? Gahh I hate bathing suit season.

Is it possible to tone your legs to the point where cellulite is barely visible?
I’m not a very heavy person ( I weigh 108 pounds) and I’m only about five feet tall. I do, however, have cellulite which isn’t very pretty. I know it’s part of my genetics and it’s most likely never going to go away completely but I was wondering if I really work and exercise on a routine basis, will my cellulite actually diminish? Has anyone actually ever seen a reduction in their cellulite?
