Cellulite Reduction Ideas

Cellulite Reduction Exercises And A Diet Plan For Quick Weight Loss
If you have been an athlete in the past, are perhaps still involved in some type of physical fitness environment. You have probably heard the familiar concept that it is always mind over body, meaning that your physical body can endure as long as your mind is strong enough.
In order for cellulite reduction exercises to be effective, continued repetition is required. For the average person these exercises aren’t extremely physically demanding. But perhaps for someone who isn’t familiar with doing any type of physical fitness activities, starting out may be challenging.
Establishing a healthy diet plan and committing to it is essential for weight loss. In order for cellulite reduction exercises to be a success, eating the appropriate foods are very necessary. Also getting the right amount of rest is important as well, all of this makes toning and building muscle possible.
A common area of concern for women and reducing cellulite are the legs, particularly the thighs. One of the most effective cellulite reduction exercises are traditional squats without weights. To increase the intensity of the workout you can transform into the wide leg stance squat, this type of squat is a little more advanced.
Eating healthy and making sure you eat enough is just as important, or more vital than decreasing the amount of food you eat. Protein is the most important nutrient when it comes to building muscle mass, and having success with cellulite reduction exercises. So be sure to pick and choose foods that are both low and fat and high in protein.

Barbies letter to Santa?
Dear Santa,
I’ve been helping you out every year, playing at being the perfect Christmas present, wearing skimpy bathing suits in frigid weather, and drowning in fake tea from too many tea parties. I hate to break it to you Santa, but it is DEFINITELY pay back time!!
There had better be some changes around here this Christmas, or I’m gonna call for a nationwide meltdown (and trust me, you don’t want to be around to smell it!) So, here’s my holiday wish list for this year, Santa.
1. A nice, comfy pair of sweat pants and a frumpy, oversized sweatshirt. I’m sick of looking like a hooker. How much smaller are
these bathing suits gonna get? Do you have any idea what it feels like to have nylon and velcro up your butt?
2. Real underwear that can be pulled on and off. Preferably white. What bonehead at Mattel decided to be cheap and mold imitation underwear to my skin? It looks like cellulite!!!
3. A REAL man….maybe G.I.Joe. Hell, I’d take Tickle-Me-Elmo over that wimped out excuse for a boy-toy Ken. And what’s with the earring
anyway? If I’m going to have to suffer with him, for christ’s sakes, make us anatomically correct.
4. Arms that actually bend so I can push the aforementioned Ken-wimp away once he is anatomically correct.
5. Breast reduction surgery. I don’t care whose arm you have to twist, just do it!!
6. A jog-bra. To wear until I get the surgery.
7. A new career. Pet doctor and school teacher just don’t cut it. How about a systems analyst? Or better yet, a public relations senior account exec!!
8. A new, more 90′s persona. Maybe a “PMS Barbie”, complete with a miniature container of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and a bag of chips; “Animal Rights Barbie”, with my very own paint gun, fitted with fake fur coat, bottle of spray blood and handcuffs; or “Stop
Smoking Barbie”, sporting a Nicotrol patch and equipped with several packs of gum.
9. No more McDonald’s endorsements. The grease is wrecking my vinyl.
10. mattel stock options. It’s been 37 years-I think I deserve it!
Okay Santa, that’s it. considering my valuable contribution to society, I don’t think these requests are out of line.
Yours truly,
Barbie
I will never be able to play Barbies with my nieces again without thinking of this. LOL very funny.
A Letter From Barbie To Santa?
I found this online and liked it so I’m posting it here for others to enjoy as well.
A Letter From Barbie To Santa
Listen you fat little troll, I’ve been helping you out every year, playing at being the perfect Christmas present, wearing skimpy bathing suits in frigid weather, and drowning in fake tea from one too many tea parties, and I hate to break it to ya Santa, but IT’S DEFINITELY PAYBACK TIME! There had better be some changes around here this Christmas, or I’m gonna call for a nationwide meltdown (and trust me, you won’t wanna be around to smell it). So, here’s my holiday wish list, Santa:
1. A nice, comfy pair of sweat pants and a frumpy, oversized sweatshirt. I’m sick of looking like a hooker. How much smaller are these bathing suits gonna get? Do you have any idea what it feels like to have nylon and velcro crawling up your butt?
2. Real underwear that can be pulled on and off. Preferably white. What bonehead at Mattel decided to cheap out and MOLD imitation underwear to my skin?!? It looks like cellulite!
3. A REAL man…maybe GI Joe. I’d take Tickle-Me Elmo over that wimped-out excuse for a boyfriend Ken. And what’s with that earring anyway? If I’m gonna have to suffer with him, at least make him (and me) anatomically correct.
4. Arms that actually bend so I can push the aforementioned Ken-wimp away once he is anatomically correct.
5. Breast reduction surgery. I don’t care whose arm you have to twist, just get it done.
6. A jog bra. To wear until I get the surgery.
7. A new career. Pet doctor and school teacher just don’t cut it. How about a systems analyst? Or better yet, an advertising account exec!
8. A new, more 90′s persona. Maybe “PMS Barbie”, complete with a miniature container of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and a bag of chips; “Animal Rights Barbie”, with my very own pain gun, outfitted with a fake fur coat and handcuffs; or “Stop Smoking Barbie,” sporting a removable Nicotrol patch and equipped with several packs of gum.

OK, Santa, that’s it. Considering my valuable contribution to society, I don’t think these requests are out of line. If you disagree, then you can find yourself a new bimbo doll for next Christmas. It’s that simple.
Line 10: it is 50 years now!
Barbie came out when I was about 4 months old. I was thinking of making a T-shirt with a picture of Barbie beside one of me with the caption: “Barbie and me – making 50 look good!”
Thanks for this!

I DONT KNOW WHAT CAREER TO CHOOSE WHEN IM OLDER!?
Im a 16 year old sophomore girl. I thought that i have always known what i want to do with my life. I’ve always thought i wanted to do something in medicine. Now that i think about it, it was mostly for the money. I need to find something i personally enjoy.
Dont get me wrong though. I would definately like to have a high paying Job. My father is a lawyer and my mother is a nurse. So yearly they make around $170,000 but we still stuggle alot with money! I know everyone at some point does. But i would like to have a job were money isnt one of my main problems.
I’ve never really been an artsy person. But i love the idea of dress design, or a wedding/event planner. The only thing with those jobs its not a set job like a doctor or a nurse. (it seems like to me, at least)
The other day i saw something on tv about laser hair/tattoo removal and cellulite reduction. It looked like something i’d really enjoy! I love the thought of a lifestyle like that not something boring like sitting in a courthouse all day..
As my education goes, i make good grade. Mostly A’s and some B’s except in history (ew).
Im very good at math as well. It’s just the more i think about it. i want to do lsomething i look forward to doing my whole life! I’ve always been into cosmetology and hair. I’m just afraid of the money situation. And i know it’s not all about money. but in todays economy, it kind of is. I want to be able to support myself financially, but doing something i love.
I’ve always been a stubborn person and really picky. I just really hope one of you guys can help me and give me some ideas!
Thank you!
I need help with my plan for the future and my career.?

Well it sounds as if you want to go into business for yourself possibly? Wedding/event planners usually are contractors. They are their own boss. You would probably need a degree in business or design. Design would require you to be artistic though. Clothing designers need to draw their designs. If you REALLY love cosmetology & hair I would suggest getting a degree in business and toward the end of your degree (bu prior to completion) enroll and get your license in cosmetology. All of those careers have the potential to make LOTS of money. It’s just a matter of you choosing who your clientele will be. Think of all the makeup artists and hairstylists of the rich & famous. They make a killing! Same goes for event planners. The better you are at what you do the more money people will be willing to pay for your service. So don’t assume that they are always low paying careers. Set your goals high.
