    Rahhh!! Cellulite! How to make it go away?
    How can I get rid of this stubborn cellulite? It’s right underneath my butt, on both legs, and creeps around to the sides of my thighs. It’s not super noticeable, but it’s enough for me. BMI wise, I’m healthy. I’m in my mid-twenties, 5’4″, 115lbs, and I eat very healthy (besides my love for chocolate). I exercise about 5 times a week, with at least 3 hours of intense cardio. I also walk about 2 miles every day during my daily routine, not counting exercise. I’ve tried spot reduction in addition to the cardio – lunges, squats, leg lifts, thigh toners – everything! Lately I’ve even been jogging between 10 and 15 miles every week, and I’ve seen no improvement. My legs are solid muscle until my upper thighs. Am I just sh*t out of luck? Should I just turn to tanning lotion? Gahh I hate bathing suit season.

    Does Eporex Mesotherapy really work? (for cellulite reduction)?
    I don’t want to use it to lose weight, I just want to get rid of the cellulite on my legs. It’s quite expensive though so I don’t want to waste my money. Has anyone had any personal experience with eporex?

      Hey. Im going to be honest and say that I have no experience with Eporex. However it is more about fat reduction than cellulite loss. What you must remember is that if you don’t tone up the muscles, you won’t get rid of the cellulite. I have virtually none, and I don’t use any medical treatment.

    Will working out get rid of my cellulite?
    I just joined a gym 3 weeks ago and I’ve been going every other day ever since. My total body fat is like 13%. I weigh 130 lbs and am 5′ 9″ tall so I do not need to lose any weight. I am only going to lose cellulite and to tone my abs, legs and butt.

    I believe that since I’ve joined, I’ve gained 1-2 lbs (I’m hoping that’s all muscle, hehe).
    As far as cellulite reduction, call me crazy, but I feel like there’s more cellulite than before. Maybe I’m just being paranoid.

    Anyway, my workout consists of 20 minutes of cardio, sometimes it’s the elliptical and sometimes it’s the treadmill.
    After that, I go on machines that focus on my hamstrings, glutes, and generally the bottom part of my body. I go on about 4 different machines, and I do about 3 sets of 15 reps on each. Reminder, I am still sort of a beginner. I also do 2 machines that focus on my abs.

    Will this help me get rid of my cellulite? I am really trying and am hoping that it will pay off.

    Your opinion (my exercise routine/cellulite reduction)?
    I am currently cycling on a stationary bike for 5 miles/30 minutes a day (medium/hard resistance level), every other day I do target training for my legs, and I go walking for 30 minutes 3 times a week. Would this get rid of the appearance of mild cellulite in the back of my thighs by next summer? How long do you think it will take for me to see results?

    also, I am 5’6″ and 120 pounds, and I have a healthy diet. :)

    Is it possible to tone your legs to the point where cellulite is barely visible?
    I’m not a very heavy person ( I weigh 108 pounds) and I’m only about five feet tall. I do, however, have cellulite which isn’t very pretty. I know it’s part of my genetics and it’s most likely never going to go away completely but I was wondering if I really work and exercise on a routine basis, will my cellulite actually diminish? Has anyone actually ever seen a reduction in their cellulite?
