      There is no FAST way. I have been going at it for about three months. I drink a lot of water while also doing squats and lunges with weights. I do other exercise vids with leg weights. I do know that my legs are stronger and I have controlled my cellulite. I am also using a skin firming cream/anti cellulite cream to also help. it takes a lot of time and dedication. It does not happen in just a few weeks. I would recommend starting now but keep at it every day.
      edit: basically build muscle in that area. what i also do is clim stairs every two steps because it also firms up that area.

      Not at all. Cellulite diminishes after periods of vigorous leg exercises. It doesn’t happen overnight and you need to monitor your diet as well. Avoid high fat and high carbohydrate foods when using these regimens. Try leg presses, lunges and squats along with a vigorous cardio program. Switch up the cardio between running (gradually increasing the distances you run), stair climbers and elliptical machines. If disciplined and committed, you will see results.
