Here let me help you out. Squats? good, however you are doing way too many at once and you are only going to get discouraged with the idea of trying too hard. You have got to understand that getting in shape takes more time than a mere two week period. You do not have a work out program in place. As you are not starting with a certain amount of weight and moving up. You only say that you are doing squats.Are you just starting out, are you male, or female? Answer me this and i can help you figure out what you ought to be doing. Lunges? good. However the same applies. I guess i could pretty much guess that you are female. most men do not have that problem, although some do.
Running? No Not good for you at all unless you are running backwards. Yes, i said backwards. Running forward will give you what is called runners knee. It is kind of like tennis elbow. Walking” do a lot of it, as it is one of the best things you can do for yourself. a quick pace is helpful. Or this: perhaps you have a bicycle? Riding a bike is very good for you. However, it needs to be fit to you exactly. I mean it shouldn’t be your kids bike or a kids bike if you’re an adult.
It would be very helpful if i knew your, approx age. weight, gender, and basic overall health. And are you just starting out? Do you belong to a health club? Do you have free weights at home?

Doesn’t matter how overweight or underweight a person is, the body fat will accumulate and collect in a certain area of the body. Body fat is body fat. This cellulite that advertisers speak of has the same biochemical makeup as body fat, no more, no less. This body fat on her thighs can be melted away, yes, by doing squats, lunges, and running or going for a brisk walk every other day. I have more body fat than she does and I am 37 yrs old, 5ft6in, and 110 pds. I am thinner than your girlfriend, and I used to have this so called “cellulite” because I was doing nothing in the way of cardiovascular or weight training. Tell your girlfriend to join Gold’s Gym or some health club. She’s bound to learn a lot at a place like that.
