No Cellulite Diet

Cellulite Diets – Never Eat These Cellulite Producing Foods!
Finding out how to remove cellulite is pretty easy. Actually removing it, however, now thats something else entirely. Luckily though, cellulite reduction doesn’t have to be as hard as some make it out to be. In fact, by making a few changes in your daily diet, you can start to eliminate cellulite within just a few weeks.
The 5 Super Cellulite Reducing Foods — They’re Already In Your House!
Here are some of the foods & substances you should stay away from while on cellulite diets.
Alcohol- Don’t touch the stuff. A single beer might not kill your efforts, but any type of alcohol consumption is indirectly bad for cellulite reduction. Alcohol contains toxins that, when introduced to your body, promote cellulite build up. Plus, the calories from alcohol will be stored as fat, which, as you can guess, doesn’t help too much.

QUESTION:
Do most women have butt cellulite? Also, do many skinny women have it too?
Also, if a woman has a big butt with cellulite, will exercise and a diet make the cellulite AND the big ass go away? Or will just the cellulite disappear?
I’m just asking because I am very skinny but I have cellulite all on my butt and upper thighs. I wanna get rid of it, unless it would mean having no butt at all.-
ANSWER:
I have a little on my butt, but not much. I’ve only got some stretch marks on my inner thighs. My younger sister though has a noticeable amount on her butt and she’s only 15. I wouldn’t say she’s super skinny but she not overweight either. Healthy. Like someone else posted, it must just be drawing the short straw…

QUESTION:
Is diet soda possibly the cause of my cellulite?
Could it be?I’m only 19 and I’ve had this stuff since I was 15 or 16. It’s not all that bad really, and it hasn’t gotten any worse since I first noticed it. I just don’t like it.
I’m not overweight, I’m actually underweight a bit and in good shape. No matter how much I try to tone up the back of my thighs, the cellulite does not go away.
A friend mentioned that it could be the diet soda I drink quite a bit of. I’ve been addicted to it for awhile; easily drinking 4 cans per day. Could this cause it? And if I went down to 1 can per day, would it possibly start to fade?
(Please, don’t waste your time screaming at me about how horrible diet soda is for you or how it causes cancer. Answer the actual question or GTFO.)
Okay then…. any recommendations on what sort of cream I could use to fade the cellulite I have?-

As part of your anti-cellulite diet, eat more protein and fiber. protein helps to firm up muscles that can keep fat stores in place and reduce the dimpled effect of cellulite.
Eat approximately .6 gram per pound of lean body mass if you are a moderately active person, and 1 gram per pound of lean body mass if you are very active. Opt for lean protein in fish, especially salmon because fish provides a high dose of essential fatty acids.Step 4

Green Tea is also a great antioxidant that has been shown to increase the rate your body burns calories and can help you lose cellulite.Step 6
Get professional help. See an Endermologist. The FDA has approved Endermologie as an effective solution for temporary reduction of cellulite. You start with 14-18 treatments 1-2 times weekly, with monthly visits for maintenance. Endermologie involves a massage machine with 2 rollers and some gentle suction action. Another option is to get a weekly massage and have them put extra focus on your problem areas.Step 7
Try body brushing to reduce cellulite. Buy a bristle body brush and use it everyday before you shower. Begin at your feet and make deep, long strokes towards your heart, with extra focus on the problem areas. This exfoliates and improves circulation, which helps with the appearance of cellulite.Step 8
Above all, embrace and love the body you have. Take care of it the best you can and don’t worry if you have a few dimples on your butt. Women are much more aware of cellulite than guys. A lot of men don’t even know what cellulite is. Some guys even think that they are just cute dimples -God bless them!
