QUESTION:
Most effective treatments for severe cellulite?
Hi there!
I have a question here that I’m sure a lot of women will sympathise with – I am wondering what are the most effective way to get rid of cellulite or at least lessen the appearance? Even though I am a slim size 10, I have very severe cellulite and have done so for many years, I think it may be genetic as my sister has a bad case of it too. With me it is massive ripples all over the back of my thighs…. I won’t dare go swimming because of it and I never let my boyfriend see or touch it and I’m upset that it looks this bad, I mean really, really bad, I can even feel it sponging all out through my trousers! I’ve tried numerous things, for example: Skin brushing, coffee grounds, changing my diet, exercise, creams, tanning to make it look less obvious, but nothing seems to work and I can’t afford surgery. Is there anything I can do. I am due to go abroad next year and I want to lie on the beach in a bikin and not have to wear a sarong all the time, Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!-
ANSWER:
Cellulite is just regular fat that appears lumpy as it is pushed through the mesh of connective tissue, Weight loss and exercise are the two natural remedies. Creams and other products won’t do anything.

QUESTION:
Guys, how do you really feel about cellulite?
I’ve had severe cellulite on my butt and legs since I was a little girl. I’ve always been a healthy weight, but this really makes me feel inhibited in lingerie – I feel like I’m disfigured. Unfortunately there is currently no effective treatment for it. But maybe I’m worrying over nothing. I hear both things from guys, that it’s noticable but not a problem, and that it is a problem. How do you feel about it?-
ANSWER:
Its not how the guy feels its how you feel. If a guy digs you he won’t notice that stuff when you’re in lingerie cause hes about to get laid and thats the last thing on his mind. Be comfortable with yourself and he will be too.

QUESTION:
Help, I hate my body…?
Okay so I’m fifteen, sixteen in January and I’m currently really struggling with my self-esteem.I’ve recently came to love myself as a person, I don’t hate myself and the things I’m about to say about my body aren’t exaggerated, I see that I am a good person with compassion for others etc.
But yeah, I’m still really hung up about some issues I have with my body and I don’t know what to do.
1) My acne. I was given my first acne treatment in 2007 and it’s still bothering me, in fact it’s gotten worse – I can’t have my shoulders or tops of my arms on show without feeling embarrassed and I never go anywhere without make up on. I have blackheads and little pimples and scarring all over my chest, tops of my arms, shoulders and back, even a little bit further down my back. I don’t know what to do, I’ve tried so many products including acne treatments and I doubt even if I did go back to my dermatologist that they’d put me on a stronger treatment – any treatment stronger than the one I’m on now would be Roaccutane which has severe side effects and would only be given to me if it was huge pimples that scarred really badly on my face etc.
2) I have a big butt. I know all girls my age probably say this when they don’t, but I really do. I’m fine with that now, it’s just I have really awful stretchmarks. They literally cover my butt and because I have very pale skin, purple stretchmarks show really obviously. No one (apart from myself) sees me naked, but when I went on holiday with my family I had trouble finding a bikini that would cover my whole bum cause I was that insecure about it, and even when I did it rode up a little and they became visible. I know eventually they will fade, but even then, I’ll still have silvery marks all over me… Not attractive. It just really really gets me down and I don’t know what to do to make them go away.
3) As well as the stretch marks, I have cellulite. It isn’t extremely awful but it’s quite bad for someone my age. I do try to exercise and eat well and I’m also using this product that’s meant to firm out dimples in the skin and reduce the appearance of it, but it’s still there. I want to be able to wear shorts like all my friends without having disgusting cellulite being visible when I walk
If anyone had any advice or product recommendations, literally just anything, that’d be great. Thank you for reading all this!
