Body Wraps at Home to Spot Reduce Size, Cellulite

These days, we have so many beauty and spa treatments available for us to do on our own at home, that we don’t even have to leave our homes any more to tighten and tone our skin, get a quick microdermabrasion treatment, and even treat our skin to a soft light laser session for rejuvenation.

Those are just a few examples of products and services that were only offered as a salon or spa service before innovative companies came out with products you could use safely in your own home that gave you comparable results for a fraction of the cost and the convenience of not even leaving your home.

A beauty treatment that has been around for quite a few years but just now is starting to generate buzz for it’s body sculpting capabilities is the body wrap.

Body wraps were made popular as a way to temporarily spot reduce fat and to help trim size off the circumference of typical body omplaints on women and men – their bellies, thighs, buttocks, and upper arms, and evolved into somewhat of a regular treatment for many who swear by it’s detoxification abilities and their great affinity for spot reducing size as well as the appearance of that thing we all hate, cellulite.

Body wraps started off as a pampering beauty appointment for those that could afford things beyond the expensive haircut and coloring on occasion, since they usually went for anywhere from fifty to one hundred dollars per appointment. Add that up and you have quite a costly beauty habit!

 QUESTION:
Whats the best way to loose cellulite from your thight and bum?
Im healthy and eat healthy, do regular exercise at home, such as ;pilates, walking, rowing machine, arobic exercise, etc. I walk everywhere. Im eating healthy and using portion control to try and loose weight from when i had a my 2nd baby. Im loosing weight but still have cellulite can anyone suggest anything to hrlp please?

 ANSWER:
cellulite is not always found in “fat” people, but also “skinny” ones–that is because it is actually your skin that is dimpling. there really is no cure for it, but you can help minimize the appearance of it by drinking plenty of water, doing thigh/butt specific exercises(check out “buns of steel”), moisturizing twice daily, and massaging the problem area(s) thouroughly daily.
it is also said that caffeine will help eliminate cellulite. there are lotions and patches that contain caffeine that you might want to try. i tried the cellulite patches by loreal, and they seemed to work fairly well. the only problem is, that if you have sensitive skin, it will cause irratation. it says on the box to wear the patch for several hours a day, but i would only reccomend an hour at first.
good luck and don’t give up!

 QUESTION:
I’m only 15 and I have Cellulite, i’m well fit and i’m emotionally devastated, help!?
okay so I didn’t pay attention to my body at all! because ever since i was 6 until now i always do sports and high intensity practice, i used to practice swimming, then in 3rd grade i started karate and entered the team and went out on the second semester of grade 7, after grade 7 in the summer i started table tennis and im still playing it and im in the team, i go 4 times a week 3 hours per session but in summer we have championships so we go 6 days a week, i also started waking up 5 am and fast walking 16 laps of 400 meters each on a sports track, i go to the gym 3 times a week i attend the aerobics session when i’m feeling active but if im not i do toning resistnce training with those weight machine such as leg press and that stuff, i also eat healthy, no chocolate no sweets and normal soda once a week, i have snacks that are healthy like apples, peaches and grapes, sometimes i eat those cereal bars (only once a day , each bar has 100 calorie) , i eat a good breakfast that contains eggs and other fresh veggies like tomatoes and bell peppers with low fat cheese, i only eat whole grain bread and i dont eat much, i stopped eating deep fried food and instead of frying fish i bake it in the oven, i eat less rice than i used to eat but unfortunately it’s white rice but i’ll get brown rice soon, i eat a 110 gram cup of low fat yogurt everyday to get calcium , i don’t eat fats food or pasta or any other thing and I HAVE STUPID F**KING CELLULITE, i only noticed it 2 weeks ago when i started eating healthy, it looks AWFUL in the sun like im so old even though my thighs aren’t huge, i’m 5’3 and i weight 121 lbs. (i weighted myself 2 weeks ago, i guess i lost weight), i hate this cellulite, i dont wear revealing clothes anyway but sometimes in parties i’ll have to wear something short, and this is DEVASTATING, and i read that losing weight is irrelevant to getting rid of cellulite help me please any home remedies ? any foods that will make my body burn that cellulite?

P.S : I drink at least 2 litres of water a day and sleep 8 hours (from1 am to 9 am)
the cellulite in my thighs isn’t just a little , it’s all over my thighs and butt and looks AWFUL

 ANSWER:
even some of the fittest people in the world have cellulite. believe me, i have a friend and she literally has abs and muscle on her arms and she is so fit yet she still has a little bit of cellulite, she told me that despite how much she works out and eats healthy she can never completely get rid of it. if you’re as healthy and fit as you say you are, a little cellulite isn’t going to kill you. don’t stress out about it. the point isn’t to be cellulite free or skinny, the point is to be healthy, and you’re fine in that department. if you worry too much about that stuff you’re going to kill yourself.

 QUESTION:
My nemesis,Cellulite! yuck. help?
I weigh about 138, am 5 foot 6. I am thin on top and more thick on the bottom. Think of a pear. lol. I am not fat, people tell me I don’t need to lose weight, that I have a booty so be happy. I am and I know it could be worse but I hate the cellulite on the lower half of my glutes and the backs of my legs. I have a treadmill and use it. I go to the gym and am trying to go now religiously 3 times a week and run at home on the days when I’m not swamped with homework. I use the stair machine the elliptical and the treadmill. I do dead lifts, the hamstring curls, squats, lunges and thigh presses etc. But bulk up pretty easy on my bottom half as well. Any advice on workout routine etc?
Thanks for reading I know its long.
advice would be greatly appreciated.

 ANSWER:
Hey, hon — let me tell you that a lot of men really like that booty, so you are lucky! If you already know that you’re a pear rather than an apple, you’re way ahead of most of us girls.

I had to get rid of cellulite on my thighs and get rid of my jiggly butt. Here’s what worked for me:

1. Dry brushing. This increases circulation and gets rid of cellulite! It’s easy but it does take time (for me, 10 minutes before every shower).

2. Pilates and sqats. You want to maximize the circulation to the parts of your body with the cellulite.

3. I had to use cellulite cream: http://www.cellulitetreatment.org/cream.html
this really worked best for me. Maybe it will work by itself but for me it really worked in combination with the above.

Keep up the hard work and you’ll be hearing guys whistling at you ALL THE TIME. I promise!

this really worked best for me. Maybe it will work by itself but for me it really worked in combination with the above.

Keep up the hard work and you’ll be hearing guys whistling at you ALL THE TIME. I promise!

Whats The Best Massage Oil To Buy For Theauaputic Or Home Use?

There are a variety of different oils one can use. Most professionals in the beauty and therapeutic business use some sort of vegetable oils, organic preferably, such as almond, olive or some even a good grade of every-day vegetable oil, perhaps with a touch of Eucalyptus oil to increase the therapeutic qualities..Football and sports clinics have been using this mixture for years with great results in therapeutic applications. But is there a better ready made massage oil people can buy?Ive used a lot of different products during the years, but recently Ive stumbled on a little beauty! Not only does it provide a great medium for massage but the oil contains a barrage of essential oils which claim to have fantastic properties. Well eastern civilizations have used them for over 5000 years, so something must be right! The oil is produced in Australia and only the best ingredients are used. Mayaltha Better Slim Accelerator oil has the added benefit of helping reduce the effects of cellulite and smooth and refine both the skin and body contours. There are six pure essential oils in Mayaltha Better Slim Accelerator oil and is ideal for use in beauty clinics to generally tone the body. Alternatively it’s great to use at home or as a added tincture in the bath. Only a couple of drops are necessary.
For the best body sculpting effect Ive found that if you massage into the legs, stomach and butt at night-time and leave on overnight the skin seems more refined and smooth. Better still get your partner to give a general relaxation massage with Mayaltha Better Slim Accelerator oil youll both benefit!
The massage oil is packed with essential oils such as:
Geranium Oil which helps to stimulates circulation, and eliminate toxins from the body and helps to relieve excess fluid retention. There are also claims of antiseptic qualities.
Lemon Oil is known to assist the body in its natural detoxification process and cleans the skin. Lemon Oil possesses natural antibacterial properties as well.
Vitamin E which is derived from the vegetable oil is a highly effective antioxidant that protects the skin and helps prevent the hardening of fatty cell membranes. It also encourages smooth firm skin and assists in would healing and minimization of scars.
The plant-based Mayaltha slim accelerator body contour oil was developed to refine and smooth and lift your body contours and is suitable for both men and women. Its ideal for body builders or any-one who wants to improve the condition of your body.
The ingredients are not just cheap and nasty and have six 100% pure essential oils. We all know how expensive they are! They include: Macadamia Nut Oil which is known to protect, soothe, and moisturize the skin.
Ricinus Communis (Castor) Oil which absorbs, nourishes, moisturizes the body.
Lemon Oil – Tones, detoxifies, soothes.
Ylang Ylang Oil – Tones, regenerates, balances.
Geranium Oil – Stimulates, drains, tones
Rosemary Oil – Regenerates, revitalizes, moisturizes with regular use Ive found that Mayaltha Better Slim Accelerator oil helps minimize the appearance of cellulite.
Firms and tones the body contours and helps to regain and maintain a lean, slim and refined silhouette. Ive also found the active ingredients helps to erase unsightly blemishes and restore the skin to a smooth, firm and healthy condition. The Mayaltha Better Slim Accelerator oil also seems to assist in the skins natural healing process and the reduction of scars.
This is no cheap and nasty massage oil and seems very beneficial to the skin and body. If you are looking to buy massage oil for your massage business or just to use at home this is definably one massage oil you should consider.
Massage oils can be expenive exspecially if they contain essential oils. One place you could try is ebay if you wnt to get a bargain price
This oil is ideal for massage therapists or individual private home use.
