Cellulite Removal – Naturally Remove Cellulite

There are varied ways of cellulite removal, but of course the best way is to remove cellulite naturally. Artificial means of removing cellulite are usually temporary if we continue to do what caused the cellulite in the first place. A more effective way of removing cellulite would be through natural methods, as these have more long term benefits. So what are some natural ways of removing cellulite? Read on to find out.

Drink a Lot of H2O

One of the easiest and cheapest ways to remove cellulite naturally is to drink water, and lots of it. Water is an easily accessible resource, and we all need it to remove toxins from our body and cleanse our system. This cleansing helps to remove unwanted cellulite or reduce it drastically.

Coffee can Help

Most of the cellulite creams today have a caffeine component. But caffeine itself, which is commonly found in coffee, can help stimulate the fat cells to move, thus resulting in the removal, or less prominent cellulite. Furthermore caffeine can also flush out toxins from our bodies, and the best thing about it, is that it is all natural especially if brewed from selected coffee beans.

Get Yourself a Massage

A massage, especially a lymphatic massage, can be a great help in cellulite removal. This type of massage increases lymph flow, and the result is the removal of harmful toxins from the body. It is a natural means of removing unsightly cellulite, so see a licensed therapist with expertise in this type of massage.

Exercises to Reduce Cellulite on Your Legs

Concept of Cellulite

Cellulite is defined as a condition that is found to take place in both, women and men. Although, one can find more cases of the existence of cellulite in the female folks. In this state, a person has dimpled skin on the abdominal region, the lower limbs, and the pelvic region. This usually occurs after the stage of puberty is completed in that particular person. One began using this specific term in the 1920s and then became more popular with more people becoming aware of this phenomenon.

Cottage Cheese Cellulite

This phenomenon of cellulite is described as orange peel syndrome, the mattress phenomenon, hail damage or the cottage cheese syndrome. However, it should not be confused with cellulites, which includes skin infection. Cellulite is only the excess fat, the overgrown layers of skin, and not any infection or disease.

There is a common misconception, that cellulite is related to being overweight, and obese. This is proved absolutely wrong. There are many average weighing or underweight people who suffer from the presence of cellulite on their bodies.

Cellulite Causes

One finds that there are many few men, who actually experience this problem of cellulite. Mostly, it is the gentle gender of women who suffer from cellulite on their bodies. The basic reasons for this are the connective tissues and fat cells of women. The connective tissues found in women are not very flexible, so after gaining weight, due to hormonal changes, pregnancy, lactation period, these fat cells are expanded, and protrude upwards, at the top layer of the skin. The appearance obtained after this function is the orange-peel appearance of cellulite

Cellulite can be defined as a series of ripples of fat cells and subcutaneous connective tissue that lie just beneath the skin. The condition is generally found on the thighs and butt, especially in women. Cellulite has a characteristic ‘orange peel’ appearance and some refer this t 00004000 o ‘cottage cheese’ too. It affects women but very few men, likely because of the minute difference in the cells’ structure between man and woman.

There are many ways to reduce or to remove cellulite from the body. We have latest technologies that involve radiology and we have certain cellulite pills that are taken internally and contain ingredients that have cellulite-reducing properties. Generally, cellulite pills are the combinations of the herbs that help reducing the fatty layers from the body and can also accelerate the metabolism that again help reducing cellulite conditions. Such herbs are known to restore the enzymes and hormones in the body so that there is a fair digestion and assimilation of the foods and the body does not store calories as fats; instead it utilizes them to gain energy and strength.
The herbal preparation that reduces cellulite is called as cellulite pills. Few of the key ingredients that generally cellulite pills have include Guggulu (Ayurvedic herb), Indian gooseberry, bladder wrack, borage (seed oil), soya lecithin, sweet clover, grape seed, gingko biloba etc. They all are generally used in an extract form so that the pills can be swallowed easily. Generally there is no special vehicle required to take these cellulite pills and one can take them along with simple and plain water.

Can Exercise And Diet Cure Your Cellulite?

You are sick and tired of your ugly cellulite and want to get rid of it. You have tried many skin treatments and cellulite creams, but nothing seemed to work, but have you tried exercising to cure of your cellulite problem?

Before we go on to explore the benefit of exercising and dieting to cure cellulite, you should have a little understanding about what it is and why it occurs to you. You see, having those orange peel dimpled skin has a large part to do with your genetics, experts say. You may not know this, but as many as 90% of women have them in some form or another.

Cellulite is actually body fat, but it just look different from the other body fat. It looks like clumps of dimpled skin and often shows up on your thighs, hips, butts and sometimes on the upper arms too. It can be manifested in a mild form when you need to pinch your skin to see it. But it can be very distressful in its more severe forms when the bumps and valleys can be visually seen.

The question is why cellulite affliction is much more common in women than in men? This is because the body fat in women contains fibrous bands and usually accumulates beneath the skin in the thighs, hips, and butts in zigzag uneven rows due partly to hormonal influences. This occurence allows the fat to push through the connective tissues that keeps the body fat distributed evenly thereby causing the bumps and valleys that appear as cellulite. On the contrary, the subcutanous fat in men usually occur in even rows and this is the main reason why most men do not suffer from having cellulite under their skin.

Now that we have establised that genetics and fat cells play a major role in whether you will have cellulite or not, then it can be said that losing weight or getting rid of your excess fat can play a big role in eliminating the cellulite you have on your body.

So can exercise and diet help you to cure your cellulite problem? Well, doctors and dermatologists agree that it can help in some way. Dr Weiss who presented a paper on cellulite treatment at the American Academy said, “I think you can improve it somewhat with repetitive, low weight lower body exercises using free weights or weight resistant machines. Also include cardio exercise for overall fat burning.”

Dr Wayne Wescott PhD suggested that if you are overweight, you should focus on a calorie reduction diet to shed the extra pounds, as well as performing regular weight resistance training and cardio exercise to see improvement in your cellulite condition. Dr Wayne is a medical author and fitness research director at the South Shore YMCA in Quincy, Massachusetts.

So there you have it. Although dieting and exercisng may not get rid of all the cellulite in your body, it can certainly help in many ways. After all, cellulite is body fat and the less body fat you have, the less visible will the cellulite be. Furthermore, if you train with weights and build some muscle tone, your taut skin will further reduce the visibility of any existing cellulite and you may even look like your cellulite problem has been cured.

Hi, I am a stay at home mom and I do not have time to go to the gym or money for a personal trainer. I do yoga and strength exercises sometimes on my own in front of the TV. However, I want to battle some cellulite that I gained whilst being pregnant and now in the first year of my infants life. I am 130 pds and 5 feet 10.

 ANSWER:
I’m sorry to say that really once you get cellulite, it’s really very little you can do to get rid of it.

You can however tone up your body by doing some sort of exercises that will keep your heart rate up for about 30 minutes or more. As you need that amount of time, to get your body to start to burn any fat that is in your body.

If you can’t get to a Gym, then try going for a good walk for atleast 30 to 45 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. What I mean about a Good Walk is to make sure that you aren’t just walking on flat land, going up and down little rises will help get your heart rate up.

Also make sure to set yourself challenges every week, to make the walks longer and harder.

As to what you eat, don’t go putting yourself on some crazy diet, just learn to eat right, meaning less fat and less sugar in everything you eat and or drink.

 QUESTION:
What is the best way to get rid of cellulite and that jiggly fat.?
Is there a website that posts free trainers in your area? Only serious, mature answers please.
I just had a son and before I was preggo, I had a eight-pack abs, rock hard buns, etc. I worked out everyday while i was preggo. The last month was the hardest cause i was so tired. I climed at least three flights of stairs everyday until i delivered. I still need to get rid of all that “stuff” i had b 4 i was preggo.

 ANSWER:
Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don’t eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

Still have cellulite and worl out 5 days a week!?
I work out 5 days a week with a trainer and still have cellulite on my butt! I eat only one meal a day i know its not good and when i started to break up my meals into small ones through out the day, i gained weight! please help!

 ANSWER:
One meal a day? Wow.. that is the worst thing I’ve ever heard. And sorry to say, but cellulite is gonna be there for a long time. You NEED to go back to eating small meals throughout the day, or else. Would you rather die from lack of food, or have cellulite on your butt? Make sure the small meals you are eating are HEALTHY, and not fast food dripping in saturated fat. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. I’m eating 3 meals a day, 2 small snacks, and I’m loosing about 3 1/2 lbs a month.

For many women, and even some men, cellulite is a big problem. Some have cellulite on their legs, upper thighs, arms, stomachs and bums. Cellulite is something we all dread, but it is difficult to prevent. The cause of cellulite is not what you eat, nor is it because you are fat. Cellulite is fat cells that become enlarged under the skin, causing the skin to become dimpled and looking bumpy. There are many products considered to eliminate cellulite. There are creams available that actually work, while there are others that just claim to work. You never know which one is going to work until you try them. Tyra Banks Nivea Cellulite Challenge

Just a few of the cellulite creams that are available today are Anti Cellulite Cream, Nivea, Loreal, Neutrogena, Vichy, Nivea Goodbye, Murad and more. Cellulite creams are available by the hundreds, some expensive and others cheap. The ones that actually do the trick are for you to decide. The best thing to do is find out from people you know if any of them may have tried it before and what the outcome was. If that’s not an option, you will just have to trust your instincts and take the one you think will work best.

A little secret that won’t remain one for very long is that many famous women use a cellulite cream that actually works. They use it on a daily basis to keep cellulite at bay. It is a cream known only as Revitol. It reduces the appearance of the nasty cellulite, helping you to look your best for those hot days when you feel like chilling on the beach in your bikini without worrying about people making snide remarks. Tyra Banks Nivea Cellulite Challenge

Can Compression Garments Reduce Cellulite?

Millions of women the world over complain of cellulite development and seek ways to address this. Cellulite appearance is normally confined to the buttocks and thighs. Men rarely develop cellulite; this is probably because epidermis and dermis tissues in the thigh and buttocks regions are thicker in the case of men. Also, men in general have a thinner subcutaneous fat layer, which is structured differently. When fat cells just under the dermis protrude upwards, the skin develops an uneven ‘bumpy’ appearance. This is what women struggle to reduce and conceal.

It is helpful to be aware at the outset that whilst certain methods can reduce the appearance of cellulite, they are not guaranteed to eradicate the problem. Also, it helps to understand why cellulite forms in some and not in others. The most common factors that influence cellulite formation are gender, body fat and heredity.

Poor lymph circulation causes fibers to thicken and bind with the collagen fibers in fat cells. The resulting thick fibrous strands exert pressure on the fat causing it to bulge upwards against the dermis creating a dimpling or ‘orange peel’ effect.

Compression is a commonly used cellulite reduction technique. A specific degree of compression is known to facilitate lymphatic drainage and improve blood circulation. This in turn results in reduced cellulite appearance and a more even skin tone. Strengthening of connective tissues in the legs, buttocks and hips and better blood circulation help to reduce cellulite.

Marena Group, a leading US based manufacturer of post surgical compression garments, makes shape wear that is capable of reducing cellulite appearance to a certain extent. All Marena Everyday garments are manufactured from ComfortWeave, an F5 certified patent-pending compression fabric, which incorporates all five key characteristics required to produce the most effective and comfortable compression material available today.

15 years of scientific development, laboratory testing and clinical analysis have gone into making ComfortWeave such a high performance durable compression fabric. Marena Group has developed the fabric’s cellulite reduction properties on the basis of Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr. Marco Gasparotti’s study on how compression garments can reduce cellulite. Dr. Gasparotti conducted his study in Italy between 1982 and 1991. Marena uses the suggested degree of compression to enhance blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. The required compression thus helps to flush toxins out of the circulatory system. This improves circulation and legs don’t tire as easily. Medical professionals in over 50 countries across the globe recommend Marena Everyday to individuals. You can buy these garments at select plastic surgery centers, medi – spas and on the company’s website, www.marenaeveryday.com. All Everyday products are manufactured at state of the art facilities in the US.

 QUESTION:
Cellulite 9-1-1!!!!??
I’m 20 years old (soon to be 21) and I am 60lbs overweight. I’ve recently began the weight watchers program to adjust my lifestyle habits and shed these extra pounds.

I am going on a trip to Disney World in May. I dont usually wear shorts becuase I hate how my legs look, but Its going to be tooooo hot to wear pants! Today while trying on shorts and looking in the full length mirror (something I dont have at my house), I realized what terrible cellulite I have in my thighs!!

What are some effective ways of getting rid of / reducing this appearance? What exactly is cellulite?
I dont really have a tun of money to spend on products, so before I go out and spend money on lotions or treatments I’d like to hear others opinions.

Obviously I will not be able to lose all my weight in the next 2 months, but I’d like to do some things to make myself look a little less repulsive in shorts/a bathing suit.
Any suggestions (kind ones please) are welcome!

 ANSWER:
There are various kinds of cellulites. One is found in the muscles of active women like dancers and runners. The hard or solid cellulites are difficult to eliminate, since they are fixed directly to the muscles. But soft cellulites are highly visible and can give a sagging look to the body. But though they are present in bigger muscle areas, they can be easily removed.

Unfortunately, cellulite problems commonly plague women. The problem can begin at an early age of 14 years and the affected areas can become bigger as they age. Women taking birth control pills and new mothers are also highly susceptible. Injured persons are also likely to develop cellulites.

 QUESTION:
Whats a good way to lose fat in the thigh area?
I am not asking to lose weight. I do not see the point in weighing myself each day. I do not care if i weigh 200 pounds as long as my figure is decent. I have let myself go recently and I really want to turn myself around before september. I know its a short time period but what are the best routines to get the area between the belly button and knee slimmer and toned? I am fine with my upper body and my calves are fine. I really want to reduce the cellulite on my thighs and buttocks, and also shave a layer of fat off so I can actually fit my jeans without them falling off because my waist is too small but since my thighs are bigger they pull the pants down. Trust me it is hella annoying. Anyway please if anyone has any tricks or advice please share. Thank you.

Im 21 and 130 pounds, but im so ashamed to wear a bathing suit and other things.?
Im 21 and 130 pounds. From my hips to my knees i have cellulite like crazy. I dont exercise and i dont eat well either. My body isnt fat. its just theres so much cellulite. I cant wear a bathing suit when i go to the beach or swim, because im so ashamed and embaressed. I cant wear shorts in the summer. So i wear pants and am always so hot. But I cant wear these things because it makes me feel so terrible about myself. I feel so ugly…

How can I get rid of it, and if not get rid of… then at least reduce the appareance, and why do I have it? How can i tone my lower body more. I want to be able to wear the right kind of clothes for the right kind of weather….

I cant stand myself anymore.
Allyson, I might have cellulite but at least i can f***ing read.
HOW DO I GET RID OF IT? read the god damned question.

 ANSWER:
A skinny person can still be “fat.” If you really do not like your appearance then the best way to fix that is to do weight training and cardio. You will get very shapely by combining the two. The thing that does worry me is how disgusted you are with yourself. You should be more ashamed at not exercising and eating healthy than about your appearance. You may want to look good but being healthy should be your main priority.

Getting rid of "orange peel" Cellulite

Most often nest on the buttocks and thighs but sometimes on the arms or stomach, cellulite is a woman’s enemy, especially as it’s so resistant to most treatments. Below are some explanations and solutions.

Cellulite – a female experience
Characterized by an orange peel appearance visible to the naked eye, cellulite is not a disease embarrassing. It is related to hormones, especially when concerning women.
It is a superficial layer of fat located under the skin. The fat cells (adipocytes) under the skin increase in volume, caused by added water retention (poor blood circulation and lymphatic), and fibrosis (collagen fibres change). Thus, as the predominant phenomenon, there are 3 types of cellulite: adipose (excess fat storage dominates), fibrous (collagen dysfunction dominates), and that with water retention (poor circulation dominates).

The causes of its appearance
Cellulite is the result of a combination of several factors:
- Genetics. Some people have an imbalance between lipolysis (fat burning) and lipogenesis (fat storage).
- Hormonal. It is the balance between estrogen and progesterone, which determines the distribution of body fat: each episode of life’s hormonal changes (puberty, pregnancy, taking birth control …) causes variations.

 QUESTION:
What is the best beauty product to help reduce the appearance of cellulite/orange peel?

 ANSWER:
Even though cellulite is usually attributed to weight gain, there is a secondary reason it appears. The collagen in your skin is a fibrous material that will be stretched when you gain weight, causing the appearance of what is called cellulite. There are things you can do apply to the skin to “tighten” it, but basically you need to increase the amount of collagen your skin is producing in order to ‘fill in the blanks.’ you can do this by increasing the omega fatty acids in your diet, as well as taking in more vitamin C and water. You will also need to be taking in lots of antioxidants. Improve your diet so your collagen production can increase, and you should notice a difference.

 QUESTION:
what is the difference between orange peel skin and cellulite. I bought creams for each by nivea, the diff?
i have little cellulite, and bought nivea’s reshaping cream for orangpeel skin, and goodbye cellulite. i wrote to the company, and all they said was simply one is for cellulite, and one if for orange peel skin, and do not use both at once, but to use each on target area. i dont know what the difference is

 ANSWER:
they’re both the same thing, OP is a mild form.

Cellulite has been found to be indistinguishable from ordinary fat in every medical and scientific test. It is not proven whether any cosmetic lotion, massager or pills can reduce/increase cellulite versus ordinary fat. The only known way to reduce the appearance of cellulite is to reduce overall body fat by altering diet or exercise, although it may remain visible even on very slim women.

The cause of cellulite is unknown. But, some theories point to stress, and diet as potential causes, or at least aggravators.

Orange-peel skin (cellulite)
Orange-peelskin (cellulite) is the name given to finely nodular, irregular dimpling of the surface of the skin, which is seen mainly in women and particularly on the thighs and buttocks. This is caused by fatty deposition in the subcutaneous fatty tissues. The more fat or fluid is deposited, the more pronounced are the typical changes which are reminiscent of orange peel or – in the advanced stage– a mattress.

Orange-peelskin is not a disease but can be a first sign of lipoedema. Controlled weight, exercise and under some circumstances the wearing of compression stockings can reduce the cellulite.

 QUESTION:
orange peel, cellulite and stretch marks…are they the same???

 ANSWER:
cellulite and orange peel are similar things but stretch marks are different, they are clear marks on the skin where the skin has stretched and start off as red lines and fade to silvery lines after a while.
Cellulite and orange peel are i believe like wrinkles in the skin, im not 100% sure!

 QUESTION:
what am i doing that is increasing cellulite (orange peel effect) below my hips?
i always had it there… and on my hips…. but its increased in the past one month… my weight has not. in fact i had reduced a little lately.. what happened! please help.. at least suggest someone i shud ask.. noone seems to really kno.. ppl give vague advice

 ANSWER:
Science doesn’t reallly understand why some people have this visible fat and others don’t. Even thin women sometimes have that “orange peel” look to their upper legs and hips. Losing weight may improve the problem, or it may make it more visible. It’s mostly genetic, and there really isn’t much you can do about it. None of the cosmetic products that promise to eliminate it have been proven to work.

 QUESTION:
Which Nivea Lotion is BEST for “orange peel” belly? Goodbye Cellulite, Anti-Age Treatment, or My Silhouette!
Nivea has a few different products for skin tightning, cellulite, etc. Just a little confused about which one is best for my purpose.

I’m in my early 30s, but have had the orange peel thing happening on my stomach for the past year.

Just purchased Nivea’s Goodbye Cellulite, in addition to Nivea’s Age Defying Moisturizer, both for use on my body and not my face.

But I wonder if the “orange peel” belly is even cellulite or just excess skin from when I lost 10 pounds, and if the cellulite gel would even work for this.

NIVEA PRODUCTS’ CLAIMS

Anti-Age Treatment Body Lotion
Less wrinkles, e.g. at décolleté or arm pit area
Less dryness all over the body

My Silhouette!/Slimming & Reshaping Gel-Cream
Leads to a reduction of up to 3 cm on targeted body parts such as thighs, hips, waist and belly.

Good-bye Cellulite Gel-Cream
Visible reduction of the appearance of cellulite at the respective body parts.

Help! Don’t want to use the incorrect product for my belly….
I forgot about Skin Firming Moisturiser by Nivea.

CLAIMS
Noticeably firms the skin
Tangibly tightens the skin
Moisturises the skin

Sigh.

 ANSWER:
I didn’t know you could get cellulite on your belly !! That’s new to me.

I think the body re-shape or a bust/thigh firming lotion would be good. They just increase the tautness of the skin.

There are at home remedies that can help you dissolve the excess fat and restore your skins natural beauty. The following measures will give you and idea of how to get rid of cellulite with at home remedies.

Cellulite Body Wrap

You don’t have to go to a spa or salon to get a cellulite body wrap. Both professional and homemade cellulite body wraps can improve the appearance of cellulite. Cellulite body wraps use a mixture of minerals and herbs that stimulate the fat cells to release the fat; they absorb toxins from the skin and reduce swelling. You can utilize herbs such as kelp or algae, which stimulate the fat burning process in the cells.

Skin Care

Skin care is very important for learning how to get rid of cellulite. You should cleanse your skin using your wash cloth or loufah to massage the area where cellulite exists. Use a circular motion at first and then a brushing motion upwards towards the heart. This will improve circulation and help remove toxins and metabolic waste out of the tissues and spaces around the cellulite.

The best known over the counter treatment is Nivea’s Cellulite Pads. You stick them on your problem areas for a few hours a days and you’ll see results always right away. I think it was even profiled on Oprah. I’ve heard nothing but good things.

Lose Cellulite Forever

Finding the best way to lose cellulite can involve long and expensive trial and error. One person will tell you that the only way to remove cellulite is by constant exercise and dieting. Another will insist that there is no way to get rid of cellulite permanently while cosmetic surgeons try to sell you their services by stating that you can, indeed, remove cellulite but only if you undergo a procedure such as liposuction. Click here to find the easiest way to lose cellulite fast and forever or read on for more tips.

The first thing to do is to look at reasons we get cellulite. Although both men and women are affected it is women who tend to suffer most for hormonal reasons. The fact is that, thanks to these physical differences, women store fat differently to men. However skinny we might be, we all have a layer of fat under our skin which is made up of compartments separated by fibrous strands of connective tissue. Cellulite appears when excess toxins, fat cells and fluids gather in these compartments and cause them to swell, ultimately leading to those all too apparent dimples.

 ANSWER:
The best cellulite cream out there is Revitol’s Cellulite Solution. It’s made with natural ingredients, which helps in the skin absorb it faster.

It’s main ingredients include Caffeine, Capsicum Extract, Retinol A, and Shea Butter.

How to get rid of cellulite?
What is the best option to remove cellulite? With liposuction, with lipomassage cellulite removal or by using cellulite body cream or cellulite gel cream.

 ANSWER:
If you’re having an issue with cellulite, you need more cardio in your diet to help shed the excess fat.
Also toning with some exercise like yoga and pilates will help reduce cellulite.
You try a Celluloss type dietary supplement or cellulite creams, but to get the best effect, you really need a better diet along with exercise. You can try the surgical route, but unless you get into a healthier routine, it’s only going to come back.

Fighting cellulite needs the right tools, so why opt for anything less than the best anti cellulite cream? If you’re burdened with those repulsive dimples around your thighs, you know just how important it is that you know exactly how to treat them effectively so they can’t get any worse!

Cellulite seems like one of the most stubborn issues women are continually never able to rid themselves of. You can try exercising and eating well, but they never seem to have any effect on the reduction of those dimples! So what gives? Is this now a part of you forever? Well I’m going to summarise what exactly cellulite is, and give you pointers as to how to choose the best anti cellulite cream for the job!

Cellulite occurs in women predominantly due to the arrangement of their fat cells. Due to them being so irregularly patterned, areas such as the thigh where a lot of fat is stored can suffer from displaying this pattern through the skin. That pronounced lumpy effect is basically the arrangement of those fat cells under your skin. So how on earth can you combat this? Best Anti Cellulite Cream
